Disclaimer You may view or use the Application, Smart Contract and Website only if you accept all of these Terms. By using the Application, Smart Contract and Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree and/or accept all of these Terms of Use, you may not use the Application, Smart Contract and Website and you must immediately stop using them.

Your installation, access or use of the Website, Application or Smart Contract constitutes your agreement to these Terms and any future amendments.

You acknowledge that OasisLand does not guarantee any profit from the acquisition of $OS Tokens, and that the distribution process of these tokens is executed through an automated smart contract on the Polygon blockchain network. You also acknowledge that the website www.oasisland.org and any content and information contained in the aforementioned documents should not be considered as "investment advice" or "investment recommendation" or an intermediary in such activities. In addition, you acknowledge and fully accept that the activities of OasisLand do not involve investment, banking, insurance or reinsurance activities in any way.

You understand that operating in financial markets or markets related to virtual currencies (cryptocurrencies) is subject to high risks, especially the high price fluctuations in these markets, which may result in the loss of all your invested funds. In view of the above, you represent that the redemption (exchange) of $OS tokens is entirely at your own free will and that you have previously conducted an independent analysis of the project operating under the name "OasisLand".

You understand that blockchain technology is a new technology and that you accept all market and technical risks associated with the redemption (exchange) and use of $OS tokens and services related to these tokens (e.g., earning while playing). You also represent that you are not a citizen of a country where participation in the process collectively referred to as an initial token offering or the distribution process of tokens is classified solely as the issuance of financial instruments or derivative financial instruments (as defined by the relevant national law) is restricted or prohibited by law.

You acknowledge and accept that the right to withdraw from the contract in connection with the redemption (exchange) of $OS tokens is excluded and therefore all transactions for the redemption (exchange) of tokens are final and refunds are not possible.

General Provisions

Purpose OasisLand is a Metaverse virtual world based on network connectivity and new technologies that enables users to confirm the terms and conditions of the redemption (exchange) of $OS tokens. The detailed terms and conditions of its redemption (exchange) and use are hereby specified through information published directly on the Platform and in white papers and other documents shared by the Service Provider.

OasisLand / OasisLand Global / OasisLand Group The administrator and service provider of the platform https://oasisland.org act together: OasisLand FZ-LLC, with its registered office at Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone, EIB-621A Emirates Islamic Bank Tower, RAKEZ Business Zone-FZ, RAK (United Arab Emirates), license number 45000886, registration number 0000004036488. OasisLand GLOBAL spółka z o.o., with registered office in Gdańsk, Poland, at ul. Zacna 2, 80-283 Gdańsk, Poland, is registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register, kept by the District Court in Gdańsk-Ponok, Economic Section VII of the National Court Register, KRS No.: 0001058226, NIP: 9571163148, REGON: 521683174, with share capital of PLN 20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand 0/100 PLN), fully paid.

Both entities are part of the OasisLand Group. All statements shall be addressed solely to the relevant entity. The Service Provider may be contacted by email at: [e-mail]. For the purposes of this document, the Platform, the Administrator and the Service Provider are collectively referred to as “OasisLand”.

The Terms and Conditions of Service define the rules for the use of the Internet Platform (URL: https://oasisland.org/) and the provision of electronic services through the Platform. OasisLand is the entity that manages the Platform, while Users who exchange (redeem) Tokens may enter into a relationship based on separate terms and conditions or conditions for the provision of services, including but not limited to based on information and documents provided by OasisLand Group entities.

Terms and Conditions and Other Documents Each User is obliged to comply with the provisions herein when using the Platform. The content herein is available to Users on the Platform at https://oasisland.org. Users are obliged to read the content herein. Acceptance
